About the Goats

We raise a herd of 36 Boer goats and focus on keeping them healthy and happy. Their diet includes high‑quality alfalfa, mineral supplements, peas, oats, and barley, plus daily access to over 10 acres of pasture. This balanced mix of fresh forage and grains supports good muscle tone, clean growth, and overall animal welfare. Combined this helps us produce naturally flavorful, nutrient‑dense goat meat you can feel good about eating.

Why Goat Meat?

Goat meat is a lean, nutrient-dense red meat that is naturally lower in fat and calories than beef, pork, or lamb. It is rich in high-quality protein, iron, and B vitamins, which support energy, healthy blood, and muscle repair. Because it is lower in saturated fat and cholesterol, goat meat can be a heart-friendlier option for people who still want the flavor of red meat in a more balanced, wholesome diet.

Our goat meat is processed through a local butcher shop and is a bone-in cubed, making it a nutritious and flavorful choice for your meals. This cut brings superior flavor, texture, and nutritional value to dishes, as the bones infuse collagen and marrow enhancing nutritional value and tenderness.
